ID UNLIMITED: Our ESG Commitments and 2025 Progress

In 2025, all Group entities continued their efforts across several key areas: reducing carbon emissions, developing a more circular economy, improving working conditions, promoting gender equality and strengthening the certification of our production sites.

Here is an overview of the main progress achieved throughout the year.

A 22% Reduction in Our Carbon Emissions

One of the most significant results of our ESG approach in 2025 was the reduction of our carbon footprint.

On a like-for-like basis, the Group's absolute emissions decreased by 22% compared with 2024, reaching 13,210 tonnes of COâ‚‚e. Our carbon intensity also decreased by 17%, reflecting an overall improvement in our efficiency.

This progress is the result of several years of efforts across the Group's different entities.

Scope 3 emissions account for 85% of our total emissions, with purchased goods and services representing a particularly significant share. This data allows us to clearly identify the areas where we need to focus our future efforts.

Encouraging Results in France

Our French entity also continued its carbon reduction journey. In 2025, its absolute emissions decreased by 3%, while its carbon intensity fell by 5%.

This improvement was notably driven by a 27% reduction in emissions associated with purchased electricity, as well as reductions in business travel, commuting and transportation-related emissions.

Towards a 2030 Decarbonization Pathway

Reducing our carbon footprint is not a one-off objective. In partnership with Plan A, ID UNLIMITED has defined a decarbonization pathway aimed at progressively reducing our emissions through to 2030.

Our objective is notably to achieve a 33% reduction in absolute Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions by 2030, representing a reduction of 1,016 tonnes of COâ‚‚e across the assessed scope.

Several levers are already being implemented or studied to help us achieve these objectives:

  • optimizing energy consumption;
  • improving machine utilization;
  • increasing the use of renewable electricity;
  • installing photovoltaic panels;
  • optimizing equipment and industrial processes;
  • reducing emissions associated with travel and energy consumption.

In 2025, several initiatives had already delivered concrete results, including the installation of photovoltaic panels in Italy and the introduction of green electricity contracts in the UK and Spain.

Towards a More Circular Production Model

Our industrial activity still relies largely on synthetic materials derived from fossil resources, including polyurethane used in certain heat transfers and oil-based inks. Their recyclability therefore represents a significant challenge for our industry.

This is why we are progressively working to evolve our products and production processes.

The Group is developing a range incorporating recyclable products and water-based inks. In 2025, this so-called "sustainable" offering represented 41% of Group revenue, compared with 39% in 2024.

This approach is part of a broader effort to reduce waste, increase material recovery and progressively decrease our dependence on fossil-based resources.

Reducing Waste and Optimizing Packaging

Waste management is another key component of our ESG roadmap.

Our different entities are implementing initiatives adapted to their specific environments, including improved waste sorting, recycling, reduction of residual waste, reuse of defective products and recovery of certain materials.

We are also working on our packaging, including the use of recyclable plastics and trials involving recycled materials. Packaging machine optimization solutions are also being progressively implemented across several Group entities.

Employee Safety and Well-Being at the Heart of Our Priorities

Our ESG approach also relies on a strong commitment to our employees.

In 2025, the total number of reported workplace accidents across the Group decreased from 8 to 4, representing a 50% reduction. Preventive measures continue to be implemented to continuously improve health and safety conditions across our different sites.

Employee engagement is also monitored on a regular basis. In 2025, the participation rate in our employee satisfaction survey reached 67%, while the Group's eNPS stood at 13, showing a slight improvement compared with 2024.

The main areas for improvement identified include professional development and training, internal communication, as well as work-life balance.

Promoting Gender Equality

Gender equality is another important pillar of our social responsibility approach.

In 2025, the Group's Gender Equality Index reached 72/100, improving compared with the previous year. This progress was notably driven by a reduction in the gender pay gap across several entities.

Another particularly positive indicator concerns maternity leave: 100% of women returning from maternity leave in 2025 received a salary increase in the two entities covered by this indicator.

These results demonstrate the progress already made while also highlighting the areas where further improvements are still needed.

Our First OEKO-TEX® STeP Certification at the Highest Level

2025 also marked an important milestone in our certification journey.

Our Italian entity obtained OEKO-TEX® STeP Level 3 certification, directly achieving the highest level of requirements, whereas Level 1 had initially been targeted.

Unlike a product certification, OEKO-TEX® STeP assesses the production site as a whole, covering areas including chemical management, environmental performance, environmental management, social responsibility, quality management and workplace safety.

This first certification represents an important milestone for the Group, with the objective of progressively extending this approach to other production sites.

2026: Continuing and Accelerating Our Actions

Our ESG journey does not stop with the results achieved in 2025.

Several priorities have been defined for 2026.

We will notably strengthen our collaboration with suppliers to improve the measurement of emissions associated with purchased goods and services and identify concrete decarbonization actions together. A first panel of 10 priority suppliers will be involved in this initiative.

Circularity will also remain at the heart of our roadmap, with a focus on:

  • improving water consumption monitoring;
  • defining water reduction targets;
  • reducing ink waste;
  • increasing the share of products using water-based inks;
  • continuing our efforts to reduce waste and packaging.

Finally, we will continue along our decarbonization pathway, focusing on electricity consumption and the four entities most concerned: Spain, Italy, Ireland and Turkey. Obtaining OEKO-TEX® STeP certification for our Turkish entity is also one of our key objectives for 2026.

Our Commitment: Making Progress, Year After Year

At ID UNLIMITED, we believe that environmental and social responsibility must be part of a concrete, measurable and continuous approach.

Reducing our emissions, developing more sustainable products, improving waste management, protecting employee safety and strengthening our production standards are all part of our efforts to build a more responsible business model.

2025 allowed us to reach several important milestones. In 2026, we will continue this momentum and turn our commitments into further concrete actions.
