A significant reduction in our carbon footprint.

In 2024, Monblason recorded an overall reduction in its CO₂ emissions across all three scopes. A performance linked to:

- a 39% reduction in purchases of goods and services.

- an overall decrease in business of 10%.

- concrete actions to limit the impact of our value chain.

These results are part of a collective dynamic: within the FlexDev Group, emissions have fallen by 15% in intensity (CO₂/€), despite an increase in activity. Proof that sustainability can go hand in hand with performance.

Concrete efforts on waste and packaging.

We have contributed to the overall reduction in waste within the Group:

- initiatives to sort waste in production and reuse materials.

- The Group's circularity objectives are due to be incorporated in 2025, to further optimise waste management.

In terms of packaging, sustainable alternatives are being studied. The aim is to move towards recyclable or bio-sourced solutions without compromising on quality.

Safety and well-being at the heart of our daily lives.

In 2024, we completely overhauled the flooring on our premises to ensure safer working conditions for all our employees. In addition, our team took part in the first Group satisfaction survey, with encouraging results, particularly on the working atmosphere and relations between colleagues. Areas for improvement include stress management, access to training and internal communication.

What about 2025?

Monblason will be fully integrated into all the Group's ESG indicators, with the ambition of contributing to the progressive decarbonisation defined by FlexDev, in line with the objectives of the Paris Agreement.

Sustainability is no longer an option, it's our guiding principle. Thank you to all those who commit themselves every day to a cleaner, safer and fairer textile industry.
