Le flocage : transferts prêts-à-poser ou flex

Ready-to-apply transfers allow screen-printed or digitally printed inks to be heat-applied to textiles using an intermediate transfer paper.

Our extensive range meets all types of requirements and technical challenges: small or large production runs, short lead times, premium quality, fluorescent colors, metallic finishes, full-color printing, nylon, anti-sublimation, and more.

Ready-to-apply transfers are different from printable heat transfer vinyl, which consists of a white heat-transfer film printed using an eco-solvent digital printer and contour-cut, and from cut vinyl, which is a single-color film cut using a plotter such as SUMMA or GRAPHTEC.

Cut vinyl and printable heat transfer vinyl are marking solutions that allow sports stores to remain independent and responsive when handling small production runs, but they generally offer less durability and lower wash resistance.

All these products can be used to create chest markings, such as club logos, as well as sponsor logos.
